Brad Moffitt is the ethanol specialist for the Ohio Corn and Wheat Growers Association. He is the in-house expert on the ethanol industry. Brad works on the consumer-facing, retailer, manufacturer, and producer levels, all to promote Ohio’s home-grown fuel.
Brad grew up in Champaign County, Ohio (near Urbana), on a grain and livestock farm. He received his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University, and his master’s and post-master’s from the University of Dayton. He has served as an adjunct professor for UD, as well as Ohio State and Wilmington College’s teacher education programs.
Moffitt is a former agriculture instructor, high school principal and school district superintendent. He also served the Ohio Department of Education as a state supervisor for agriculture education.
In 2012, Brad returned to his roots in agriculture with Ohio Corn & Wheat.
