Across the state, growers are making tough decisions now as they plan for next year’s crop. For far too many, the financial reality is clear: the numbers just don’t add up. Ohio’s farmers need a future that supports their ability to farm, restores profitability, and brings certainty back to their rural community.
For years, Ohio Corn & Wheat has led the charge to expand access to E15 in Ohio and across the country, an effort that lowers fuel costs for consumers, reduces emissions, and boosts demand for Ohio-grown corn. We’ve worked alongside state and national lawmakers to meet the real needs of farmers—needs that are too often ignored by burdensome taxes, overreaching regulations, and a fragmented Farm Bill that falls short in helping growers feed and fuel our nation and the world.

In a bold and historic move, the Ohio Corn & Wheat Political Action Committee is making its first gubernatorial endorsement in over thirty years. Today, with urgency and unity, the committee and its farmer members proudly endorse Vivek Ramaswamy to be the next governor of Ohio in 2026. Ohio’s corn and wheat farmers are ready for a leader who will stand with agriculture, fight for rural communities, and bring innovative solutions to the challenges they face.
