COLUMBUS, Ohio – On Wednesday, May 14, 2025, Tadd Nicholson, Executive Director of Ohio Corn & Wheat, testified before the Ohio Senate Agriculture & Natural Resources Committee as a proponent of House Bill 96, which includes legislation for the implementation of the Ethanol Retailer Rebate Program. As passed by the Ohio House, this bill authorizes a one-time allocation of $10 million for the Department of Agriculture to establish a rebate program to incentivize the immediate adoption of higher blends of ethanol at gas stations across Ohio.
