Gail Lierer represents Ohio corn growers in District 13, which includes Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton and Warren counties.
Lierer and her husband, Dave, farm in Okeana, Ohio (Butler County), where they grow corn, soybeans and hay. They also have a small cattle operation. Outside of farming, Lierer assists farmers in four states with crop insurance needs through her insurance business.
Lierer is the past chair of the Ohio Corn Marketing Program. Lierer is a leader at the National Corn Growers Association, where she is active on action teams. She has served in leadership roles with the Farm Service Agency, Butler County Farm Bureau, Ohio Farm Bureau, Ohio AgriWomen and FFA Alumni.
On November 8th of this year, all of Ohio’s 15 Congressional Seats and one of our U.S. Senate Seats are on the ballot.
