We are currently accepting applications for the 2020 OCW Collegiate Policy Academy! The Academy provides the opportunity to experience the national legislative efforts of agriculturalists and network with state staff members and other growers.

Designed to develop future corn and wheat leaders, the OCW Collegiate Policy Academy is a one-year opportunity. Candidates must be sophomores, juniors or seniors in college and have a strong interest in agriculture, but can be pursuing a “non-ag” degree program.

Applications will be reviewed and select interviews will be conducted on December 16, 2019. Chosen academy members will have the opportunity to travel to Washington D.C. for an all-expenses paid mission taking place March 10 – 12, 2020, to experience legislative efforts first hand.

Members may also participate in events such as the Ohio FFA State Convention, Ohio State Fair and Farm Science Review and network with industry leaders to further advance their professional development skills.

Applications are due by November 27, 2019.
